Refund & Returns Policy

At Arcadeholiks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at contact@arcadeholiks.com with your order number and reason for return

  • We’ll provide instructions and a return address

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exceptions

  • No refunds for digital products or downloads

  • No refunds for items returned damaged or incomplete

  • No refunds for orders past the 14-day return window

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

  • To exchange your console for the same model, email us at contact@arcadeholiks.com with photos and your order details

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and your order number

  • We’ll resolve the issue quickly
