Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exceptions

No refunds for digital products or downloads

No refunds for items returned damaged or incomplete

No refunds for orders past the 14-day return window
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
